carpeted floors disgusting stains
the staff WAS amazing. they looked after us.
still, there WERE issues. the facilities looked rundown and felt more like the 60s. the carpeted floors had disgusting stains, and i find that quite OFF-PUTTING.

easy transit helpful staff sufficient space
The hotel stands just minutes from the underground station. it makes transit easy. i especially appreciated the helpful staff. They addressed all my needs promptly. the room offered sufficient space for luggage and relaxation.

the location was great the staff were helpful i received a complimentary breakfast for my entire stay it included varied options. i also got a late checkout without any extra charge this was convenient for my schedule.
the gym was small it lacked modern equipment
